Lee grew up sailing and boating on Lake George in the Adirondack Mountains of New York. He has owned various boats over the years and enjoys being on the water and talking boats. Currently he has a 32 foot Boston Whaler Conquest. Lee is an avid scuba diver and is technically certified. He is also a cave/cavern diver. Lee also enjoys hunting, fishing, shooting sports, and especially alpine skiing. Lee is a member of the Vero Beach Yacht Club and is the past fleet captain. He also did volunteer work for the Indian River Sheriff's Department as a boat Capitan of the Marine Patrol. Lee is the Senior Broker at Manatee Pocket Yacht Sales and lives in Vero beach with his significant other, Mary Stuart and their two dogs Cody and Jazz.

Stuart grew up on the New Jersey shore, where he found his passion for boating and the ocean. He spent much of his free time on his family’s 36’ Chris Craft Commander or his friend's 45’ Island Trader. In the early 1990s, Stuart relocated to SE Florida to enjoy the water all year long.

He was the owner/operator of an IT Management and Services company in West Palm Beach, Florida. For decades, he worked with business owners on planning, implementing, and supporting their IT Systems. In 2018, Stuart sold his business yet stayed on with the new owner for many years while beginning his current career in yacht sales and achieving his Certified Professional Yacht Brokers endorsement (www.cpyb.net). He is also a member of the International Yacht Brokers Association.

Stuart assists both yacht sellers and buyers by providing them with a high level of customer service. He is knowledgeable with both power and sailing yachts up to 50+ feet. He lives locally with his family where they have enjoyed boating, fishing and diving in the SE Florida waters for over 30 years. Stuart is always willing to answer a question and share his experiences and knowledge.

Captain Steve Snyder, USCG Master 100 Ton, and a certified SCUBA diver is part of the sales team at Manatee Pocket Yacht Sales. Steve brings with him over 40 years of sales experience and over 40 years of sailing, racing, cruising, and boating activities. He has owned several boats of various types and spent over 20 years successfully racing a 38 foot Sparkman Stephens designed sloop in Annapolis, MD. For seven seasons, Steve and his wife cruised their 42' sloop to the Bahamas, spending most of their time in the remote Jumentos and Ragged Islands. With his extensive experience and background, Steve understands boats and marketing, and can help you sell your vessel, or assist you in finding the right yacht for your needs. Having moved to the Treasure Coast, he and his wife are enjoying boating, fishing, and golf here in Florida. He understands the trade-offs and compromises with boats. After all, he has done it, and in dealing with a yacht broker, experience matter
